This unfiltered Northwest-style IPA has notes of orange and pine, with a caramel malt backbone that's not too sweet thanks to a generous addition of American hops in the boil. Not as dry and bracingly bitter as its West Coast counterpart.

Our community sourced single hop beer is back. This time in the form of a NEIPA brewed with 100% Citra hops. BT has a sweet American pale malt backbone, a silky smooth mouthfeel, and big notes of citrus fruit from the hops, with none of the bitterness.

A medium bodied lager with a toasty, caramel-like malt character. While hop aroma and bitterness are low, it provides an herbal, earthy finish to balance the malt sweetness.

West Side Trail Ale 4.7 ABVA medium bodied, sessionable American brown ale with rich chocolate and dark fruit flavors, a smooth mouthfeel thanks to the generous addition of oats, and a dry hoppy finish.

An unfiltered IPA with a big malt backbone, floral, grapefruit & piney hoppiness, with a lingering resiny finish. Dry hopped with CTZ.
Pumgustuk Porter 6.5% ABV / OG 1.063GRIST: UK 2-Row, Beechwood Smoked Malt, Pale Chocolate, CaraMunich, Carafa II, Roasted Barley. HOPS: Magnum. YEAST: English Ale.
Sweet, caramelly and nutty with a touch of smoke. There's just enough roasted barley to dry out the finish without adding the burnt character associated with other darker beers.
Dunkelweizen 5.0% ABV / OG 1.051GRIST: Dark Munich, Dark Wheat Malt, CaraMunich, Carafa II
HOPS: Magnum, Hallertau Mittelfruh
YEAST: German Weizen
Think of it as a Weissbier blended with a Munich Dunkel. Hints of chocolate and sweet maltiness collide with banana and clove from the Weizen yeast. It has a slightly tart, dry finish with very minimal hop presence.
