Mud Season Irish Stout 5.2% ABV / OG 1.052

Dry and roasty with moderate hop bitterness and low carbonation, our Irish Stout is highly sessionable despite its dark appearance.
Pumgustuk Porter 6.5% ABV / OG 1.063
GRIST: UK 2-Row, Beechwood Smoked Malt, Pale Chocolate, CaraMunich, Carafa II, Roasted Barley. HOPS: Magnum. YEAST: English Ale.

Sweet, caramelly and nutty with a touch of smoke. There's just enough roasted barley to dry out the finish without adding the burnt character associated with other darker beers.
Bock 6% ABV / OG 1.070
GRIST: Munich, CaraMunich, Melanoiden HOP: Magnum, Hallertau Mittelfruh
YEAST: German Bock Lager

The German malts shine in this rich, smooth, sweet, full bodied lager, with just enough noble hops tossed in to keep it from being cloying.
"Throwback" IPA 6.2% ABV / OG 1.059
GRIST: 2-Row, Pilsner, Munich, Crystal 60
HOPS: Amarillo, Centennial, Chinook
YEAST: American Ale

This unfiltered Northwest-style IPA has notes of orange and pine, with a caramel malt backbone that's not too sweet thanks to a generous addition of American hops in the boil. Not as dry and bracingly bitter as its West Coast counterpart.

Intense tropical fruit and citrus flavors dominate. Nearly 3 pounds per barrel of late addition hops went into this opaque, orange, double dry hopped NEIPA!
Dunkelweizen 5.0% ABV / OG 1.051
GRIST: Dark Munich, Dark Wheat Malt, CaraMunich, Carafa II
HOPS: Magnum, Hallertau Mittelfruh
YEAST: German Weizen

Think of it as a Weissbier blended with a Munich Dunkel. Hints of chocolate and sweet maltiness collide with banana and clove from the Weizen yeast. It has a slightly tart, dry finish with very minimal hop presence.
Session Ale 4.5% ABV / OG 1.045

A bright, citrusy, light bodied New England style session ale featuring notes of orange peel and grapefruit, with a clean, crisp and refreshing finish.
Rye Lager 5.2% ABV / OG 1.053

A light bodied, copper lager with notes of toasted bread, caramel, and an earthy hop profile. Finishes dry and slightly roasty.

Our community sourced single hop beer is back. This time in the form of a NEIPA brewed with 100% Citra hops. BT has a sweet American pale malt backbone, a silky smooth mouthfeel, and big notes of citrus fruit from the hops, with none of the bitterness.

Jet black in appearance, huge roasted coffee bean aroma and flavor, as well as notes of bittersweet chocolate. Finishes dry with with a lingering piney hop bitterness. Don't be afraid of the dark!

A medium bodied lager with a toasty, caramel-like malt character. While hop aroma and bitterness are low, it provides an herbal, earthy finish to balance the malt sweetness.

YEAST: German Weizen

A pale, refreshing Bavarian wheat beer with a distinctive banana and clove yeast character and a soft bready flavor. It has almost no hop bitterness, and a relatively dry finish. Sticking to German brewing tradition, our Weissbier grist consists of 50% wheat.
